Warrior is a mixed-media collage from the series Siguarayal, inspired by the siguaraya plant and its spiritual associations within Afro-Caribbean traditions. Blending elements of everyday life with references to deities, Orishas, and sacred landscapes, the work explores the mask as both a material object and an ontological threshold.
